With all evacuation levels lifted in the Elk Lake area as of Monday, Sept. 18, crews have spent the last two days backhauling 10 truck loads of pumps, sprinklers, hose and portable water tanks that were set up to protect cabins. Tim Mowry/Alaska IMT
