Location: 10 air miles west of Polson, Montana. Estimated Size: 6,724 acres    Containment: 85%     Personnel: 120

Incident Command: Transitioned to a Type 4 organization, Justin Underwood, Incident Commander

 

Evacuations and Closures: There are no evacuations and there are no structures threatened at this time. Please be aware of fire traffic when in the Windy Gap area, a lot of fire traffic will be on these roads.  

Activity: Crews will continue to secure perimeter and grid for hot spots on both divisions.
