Cause: Equipment Use
Crews continued to work through the night, a break in the containment line occurred when the fire spotted over in a few areas, but crews were able to stop progression of those spots very quickly.
Containment has increased to 80%, dozer crews continue to tie in and reinforce all containment line while engine crew continue to mitigate any hot spots and flare ups. Weather conditions today continue to be problematic with the high temperatures, but fire activity at this time is moderate with forward progression stopped.
