Canadian River Bottom Fire Evening Update

Today, the fire has had minimal activity with few smokes showing. All lines where completed early morning and areas in rough topography have been cold trailed. One small 1/4 acre escapement occurred due to a poly line burning. This escapement was quickly caught and suppressed. The San Angelo Task Force, the remainder of the Amarillo Task Force were released to assist other fires. 
Weather: Winds sustained at 20-25 mph and gusted to 45 mph which could posed holding concerns.
Evacuations and Road Closures: No evacuations at this time.
Damages and Injuries:Structure assessment is ongoing.One underground gas pipeline was burning and the pipeline company was notified and the pipeline shut down.
