Evacuation Order- Zone 3(Coffee Creek area)
Due to strong winds and critically low humidity’s The main body of Haypress fire Sugar Pine Creek has spread rapidly and jumped Coffee Creek Road, west of the community of coffee creek in a northeasterly and easterly direction south of Billy’s Peak and is threatening Coffee Creek and the Eagle Creek Loop Areas.
All of Zone 3 (please see map) in now under an evacuation order issued by the Trinity County Sheriff. All residents are advised to evacuate south on SR3.. All residents are requested to leave the area immediately. Utilize State Route 3 south out of the Coffee Creek area.
