BAER Team Leader Explains BAER Process

Forest Service Burned Area Emergency Response (BAER) team leader Brad Rust led the BAER team of scientists and specialists who assessed the burned areas in the Tennant, Salt and Lava wildfires. In the video link below, Brad explains the BAER process and program objectives.
