CREEK FIRE REPOPULATION

WHAT: Evacuation Orders to Warning and Warnings are Lifted on the Creek Fire

DATE/TIME: September 23, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.

WHERE: Areas of repopulation in the following Zones

EVACUTATION ORDERS REDUCED TO WARNINGS AND WARNINGS LIFTED

Fresno County

The Following Evacuation Orders are Reduced to Evacuation Warnings:

Zone F1J: Southern boundary north of Lodge Road, including all of the Gibbs Ranch Road neighborhoods to the east, western boundary is Riverdale Road, and northern boundary is below the hairpin turns of Tollhouse Road.

Fresno County
The Following Evacuation Warnings are Lifted:

Zone F5A: South boundary lays north of Towelling Road. West boundary is the east side of Tollhouse Road between Towelling Road and Burrough Valley Road. The east perimeter extends just west of Nancy and Bonneyview Road. 
 

Zone F5C: This zone consists of the neighborhood west of Burrough Valley Road, and

north of Larkspur Road. This zone includes properties from all branches of Theresa

Springs, Hitching Post, Kimberly, Nancy, and Bonneyview Roads located west of

Burrough Valley Road.

Zone F5D: The south boundary consists of the north side of Watts Valley Road,

beginning at its intersection with Big Springs Lane to the west, and Anderson Ranch

Road to the east. The north boundary lays south of Fallen Oak Lane and Seminole

Road.

Zone F5E: The south boundary lays south of Seminole Road. The north boundary lays

just south of Theresa Springs Road, and continues to incorporate the south side of

Burrough Valley Road. The east boundary lays just east of the intersection of Burrough

Valley Road and Seminole Road.

Zone F13B: South boundary contains all properties off the south extension of Big Springs Lane and ends south of the 30569 Hog Mountain Fire Road property. The west boundary is at 28151 Watts valley Road. North boundary consists of the properties on the south side of Watts Valley Road. East boundary is west of the Watts Valley Road and Maxon Road intersection. 

Fresno County The Following Road Closures are in effect on September 23, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.

 Maxon Road at Trimmer Springs Road

 Watts Valley Road at Sycamore Road

 Highway 168 at Beal Fire Road

 Lodge Road at Tollhouse Road, 1 mile south of Linson Road

 Italian Bar Road at Jose Basin Road 

     Auberry Road at Bald Mountain Road
 

 Burrough North Road at Duncan Canyon Road

Evacuation Order: Movement of community members out of a defined area due to an immediate threat to life and property from an emergency incident. An Evacuation Order should be used when there is potential or actual threat to civilian life within 1 to 2 hours or when the IC deems it necessary to protect civilians.

Evacuation Warning: Alerting of community members in a defined area of a potential threat to life and property from an emergency incident. An Evacuation Warning may be issued when the potential or actual threat to civilian life is more than 2 hours away.

Lifted: No orders in effect.

SAFETY MESSAGE:

Please use caution driving in these areas, SLOW DOWN and obey all traffic control signs. Fire crews   and utility companies will be remaining in the area in effort to mitigate any remaining fire concerns, restore utilities, and bolster infrastructure.

The public is reminded to stay vigilant on current fire conditions. Please continue to adhere to road closures and evacuation orders or warnings.

Trees and poles with deep charring, particularly if still smoldering, should be considered hazardous.

If you see electrical wires on the ground, stay clear and contact PG&E immediately. Power may be out when you return home. For those who may be utilizing backup generators, please review the generator use safety information at:
