ROAD RESTRICTION ORDER

Road #2826 is closed from Mile 6.5 to Mile 8.1 to all motorized users for public safety until such time as repairs to the road surface are complete and this order is rescinded. Pursuant to Title 36 Code of Federal Regulation 261.50 (b), the following restriction is in effect on the Spotted Bear Ranger District on the Flathead National Forest, Flathead County, Montana as depicted on the map attached as Exhibit A and herby incorporated into the order. This temporary restriction is in addition to those enumerated in Subpart A, Part 261, Title 36, Code of Federal Regulations, and becomes effective when signed and will remain in effect until road repairs are complete. 36 CFR 261.54- National Forest System Roads: Using any type of traffic prohibited by the order. [Title 36, CFR 261.54(b)] -The below listed road is closed to all motor vehicles and motor vehicle traffic for public safety. Description of Restricted National Forest Access Road #2826 Meadow Creek- Closed to motorized public use from mile 6.5 (Jungle Cr.) to mile 8.1 (Intersection of Rd. #2829 and Meadow Cr. Rd.) Section PB38; T24N; RlSW; PMM. Exemptions: Pursuant to Title 36 CFR 261.50(e), the following are exempt from this restriction: 1. Persons with a permit issued by a forest officer specifically authorizing the otherwise prohibited act or om1ss10n. 2. Any Federal, State, or local officer, or member of an organized rescue or fire fighting force in the performance of an official duty.
