PROHIBITIONS:
Pursuant to 16 § U.S.C. 551and 36 CFR § 261.50 (a), the following acts are prohibited within the area and on the roads described in this order, all within the Coconino National Forest, Mogollon Rim Ranger District, Coconino County, Arizona.

1. Going into or being upon the area that is closed for the protection of Public heath and safety. 36 CFR §261.53(e).

EXEMPTIONS:
Pursuant to 36 CFR § 261.50(e), the following are exempt from this order:
1. Any Federal, State, or local officer, or member of an organized rescue or firefighting force or other authorized personnel in the performance of an official duty.
2. Persons with a Forest Service permit specifically exempting them from the effect of this order.

AREA DESCRIBED:
The restricted Area is bounded on the west by State Highway 87, starting at the intersection of Forest Road (FR) 300 and State Highway 87. The boundary continues north easterly to the junction of State Higway 87 and FR 141. FR 141 is the northern and eastern boundary of the Area to the point where it intersects FR 300. The Area’s southern boundary follows FR 300 west to the starting point of the closure at the intersection of FR300 and State Highway 87. State Highway 87 and Forest Roads FR141 and FR300 are open for public travel.

PURPOSE:
This Order is necessary for public health and safety due to fire activity in the restricted area for the management of the Coldwater Fire.

IMPLEMENTATION:
1. This Order becomes effective June 12, 2019, at 3 p.m.and will remain in force until rescinded or until September 1, 2019, whichever event occurs first.
2. Any violation of this prohibition is punishable as a Class B misdemeanor by a fine of not more than $5000 for an individual or $10,000 for an organization, or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both (see 16 U.S.C. § 551, 18 U.S.C. § 3571(b)(6), 18 U.S.C. § 3581 (b)(7)).
3. A map identifying the Restricted Area is attached and made part of this Order as Exhibit A.
4. This Order rescinds, replaces and supersedes any previous Orders prohibiting the same acts covered by this Order in that area addressed in Exhibit A.
