Fire specialists began the prescribed burn around 10 a.m. this morning in Burn Block I. Ignitions are continuing this afternoon into Burn Block F. As a reminder please use caution if you are traveling in the area of the burn. To see what roads are impacted please click on Maps. Please respect all signs and road guards as they are in place for your safety and the safety of fire specialists on the ground.

Residents may notice the smell of smoke or see smoke in the air.
Drivers are especially cautioned to drive slowly as conditions can change rapidly. Driving in smoke is very similar to driving in foggy conditions. Drivers are reminded to use extra caution as visibility may be reduced.
