The Red Flag Warning in effect from 6 AM to 8 PM Sunday.
Crews continue to patrol, mop-up, improve containment lines and conduct suppression repair work. Please use caution when driving in and around the area.
A Forest Order has been issued for the Creek Fire burn area closing all Forest Service roads and trails within and surrounding the fire perimeter. The order and closure map can be found on the forest website at fs.usda.gov/angeles
The Fire Danger Level on the Angeles National Forest is EXTREME. Fire restrictions are now in effect throughout the Forest to include: NO CAMPFIRES, NO OPEN FLAME, NO BBQ’s or GRILLING. Further restrictions may include restricted use of recreation areas.
