Summit Complex Fire Update

Incident: Summit Complex Wildfire
Released: 9/19/2017

Summary
The Bummers and Willow fires have become more active. Drier conditions have made the fuels more available to burn. Fire behavior is moderate on the Bummers fire and minimal on the other fires. As favorable weather allows, firefighters will use a low intensity backing fire to remove fuels from the fire’s edge to the fireline. Firefighters continue to monitor and patrol the fire. Please be cautious while driving in the area.
