Gibralter Fire News Release

9 AM - 11 AM, Temporary Evacuation Area Access for Residents

Incident: Gibralter Fire Wildfire
Released: 8/9/2017

Pending any drastic fire behavior or weather changes, the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office is allowing residents to access their homes temporarily this morning (August 10th). Access will be granted from 9 AM - 11 AM so that residents can collect any needed belongings and check on their properties. To get through the road check points, residents will need to sign in with the Sheriff deputy at the check point and provide an ID and licence plate number. Residents will then need to sign back out with the same deputy before they leave. If, at any point, fire conditions become too hazardous, this opportunity will be canceled, will be shortened, or will be rescheduled. Continue to check Inciweb and Facebook for updates.
