OCCUPANCY AND USE
Pursuant to 16 USC 551 and 36CFR 261.50 (a) and (b), and to provide for public safety, the following acts are prohibited in the areas described in this order within the administrative boundaries of the Willamette National Forest. This Order is effective on August 8, 2017 and shall be in effect until December 1, 2017, unless rescinded earlier.
Pursuant to 36 CFR § 261.55 (a) being on a trail closed for Public Health and Safety
The following trails are closed:
Rebel Rock Trail #3324 is closed from its origin at Rebel Rock Trailhead to the eastern junction Rebel Creek trail #3323.
Rebel Creek Trail #3323 is closed from its origin at Rebel Creek Trailhead to the junction with the Olallie South Trail #3529.
Olallie South Trail #3529 is closed from its origin at the Olallie South Trailhead to the junction of Rebel Creek Trail #3323.
Pursuant to 36 CFR § 261.54 (e) being on road closed for Public Health and Safety
The following road is closed:
Forest Service Road 1900 at the 1980 intersection to 1900 at the 1900-441 intersection.
Forest Service Road 1900-570 (including 1900-571 and 1900-567) is closed from its intersection with 19 road.

Pursuant to 36 CFR§ 261.50 (e), the following persons are exempt from this Order:
Any person with a permit specifically authorizing the otherwise prohibited act or omission;
Any Federal, State, or local officer, or member of an organized rescue or fire fighting force in the performance of an official duty.
This prohibition is in addition to the general prohibitions in 36 CFR Part 261, Subpart A.

Violations of these prohibitions are punishable by a fine of not more than $5,000.00 for an individual or $10,000.00 for a corporation or imprisonment for not more than six months or both. Title 16 USC Section 551.
