Forecast conditions represent impacts from smoke from the West Mims Fire. Contributions from ozone and other pollutants are not reflected. Fire: The fire is mainly smoldering and creeping and is producing little smoke. Air Quality Today: The winds will predominately be out of the east to southeast today. Light amounts of smoke may affect communities to the west and northwest. Health concerns due to smoke are not anticipated today, unless smoke output increases this afternoon. Air Quality Tomorrow: The winds will predominately be out of the east to southeast once again on Saturday. Light amounts of smoke may affect communities to the west and northwest. Health concerns due to smoke are not anticipated, unless smoke output increases.
