 The Seco Fire s located in the San Mateo Mountains of the Mt. Taylor Ranger District on the Cibola National Forest.
It was first detected on Monday, August 3, 2020 and is believed to be lightning caused.
The Albuquerque Zone Type 3 Incident Management Team took over command of the fire on Thursday, August 6, 2020.
