The Johnson Fire is burning in a rather rugged and quite inaccessible area south of Prescott. The fire is being managed for full suppression.

Minimal, backing, creeping, smoldering. Transition to a local type 4 IC occurred 9/29/19 at 0600.
Onsite resources will continue to monitor and improve the containment lines to ensure fire growth is minimized and values at risk are protected. Some aviation support may be needed to assist in said monitoring and securing efforts.
