Rocky Reach Fire Final Update

Management of the Rocky Reach Fire has been returned to local agencies and fire crews will continue to monitor and patrol the entire perimeter. There will still be smoke rising from small, isolated pockets of unburned fuels in the burned area. These areas are very steep and pose dangerous conditions for firefighters to access safely. These areas present no danger to the containment lines. Crews will monitor and allow them burn out naturally.

The Southeast Incident Management Team members would like to thank the community and fire personnel for all the support in stopping this fire. We are proud to report no structures lost and most importantly - no injuries.

This is the final update on the Rocky Reacy Fire.
