The Stone Fire started June 4, 2018 at approximately 12:45 PM PST. The fire originated near Anthony Road, above the community of Agua Dulce. The fire is 1,352 acres, 100% contained. 6 fire personnel are assigned to the incident. All evacuations and road closures have been lifted. Fire area is in a patrol status.

An administrative closure has been lifted. The Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) and the Rowher Flat Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) area is open to the public.
