Fuels Involved

Significant amounts of unburned brush and tall grass

are still present within the fire perimeter. Heavy, decadent brush in excess of 30 feet located in various drainages inside the perimeter.

A Forest Order remains in effect for the Creek Fire burn area, all Forest Service roads and trails within and surrounding the fire perimeter are closed to the public. The order and closure map can be found on the forest website at:
