Last update unless there is a significant change in fire activity

Summary: Recent rains and a continued increase in relative humidity have decreased the potential for re-ignition of fuels on the Hyde Fire. There has been little or no movement on the wildfire in the past 24 hours with no increase in acreage. Weather forecasts indicate continued monsoonal activity which is expected to further diminish fire activity. Crews will continue to monitor the area for any remaining fire activity over the next couple of days. Smoke is still visible in the interior of the fire and along Forest Road 9.
