Incident Overview

These fires were declared out on November 3, 2015. Area Closures for the Campbell’s Fire and Dillinger Fire have been terminated.

The Campbell’s Fire burned an estimated at 7,821 acres in Trout Creek, Moore Creek, Ruff Creek, and Fall Creek in the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness.

The Dillinger Fire burned an estimated at 6,948 acres with an initial start located 3 miles east of Dillinger Meadows in the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness. The fire includes the area around Bruin Mountain and Rocky Point and burned in these drainages: Magpie, Dillinger, Bruin, Hot Springs. This fire has been burning in the Flossie Complex firescar from 2000.
