The transition was completed on August 18, 2014 from the Washington Interagency Incident Management Team 2 and the Nevada Incident Management Type 3 Team led by Incident Commander Dylan Rader. The Nevada Type 3 Team assumed command of the Haven Lake fire at 6:00 a.m.
