Heavy fuels, stump holes and duff continue to consume. Minimal fire behavior occurred today with isolated moisture over the fire area.
Hold and improve existing line, mop-up, continue suppression repair and back haul.

Moderate to high fire spread potential. Outflow winds to 40 mph could lead to high rates of spread and flame lengths if fire escapes established containment lines or during local initial attack.
Fire has transitioned to a local Type 4 organization today 08/11/14 at 0700.
Moist unstable air mass moving in with cooler temperatures, higher humidifies and increasing cloud cover. Afternoon thunderstorms moved over the fire area with downstrikes, virga and spotty, light showers. Temps 82-88 degrees. RH 16-21%. Winds west, northwest 5-8. Probability of Ignition 54-85%. Spotting distance up to 0.4 miles. Chance of dry thunderstorms today through Tuesday. Low moves onshore Monday night into Tuesday with drier conditions by mid-week. Red Flag Warning in effect until 1100 Tuesday for abundant lightning.
