Dempsey Fire Update

Last night firefighters patrolled around the fire and extinguished any heats that they found along or near the containment lines.
 
Resources from the Dempsey fire are still standing by to assist local resources as new starts occur.
 
Dozers and hand crews are still working to tie in containment lines in areas with some rough terrain. As these lines are completed and improved containment numbers may increase.

Resources out on the fire today will continue to patrol lines and mitigate any issues they find. Some resources will be using data from an infrared flight last night to extinguish any hot spots that were identified by that flight. 

Additionally some resources will be demobilizing today to return to areas around the state to be ready if another fire starts over the holiday weekend.
