At 3:00 pm on March 3,2022 Texas A&M Forest Service (TAMFS) had responded to a wildfire in Potter County. Resources on scene are TAMFS Amarillo Task Force, Potter County Fire Department, and National Parks Service. 

An evacuation has been ordered for the Fain Gas Plant. No reported structures lost or damaged.
