Mostly Quiet Weather Coming Up

Good morning all! We expect mainly typical July weather through the upcoming weekend and into next week. Hope you're all having a good summer so far!

KEY POINTS

  • A few afternoon t-storms over NE California and far NW Nevada today and tomorrow - typical impacts of gusty outflows, brief downpours, and lightning.
  • High flows and mainly minor flooding impacts along the Walker River and Eastern Sierra streams through the upcoming weekend.
  • Some haze possible from a new fire southwest of Sonora Pass, affecting mainly in N Mono and Alpine Counties - totally depending on fire activity levels today.
