TERMINATION ORDER

 

Pursuant to Title 16 USC 551 and Title 36 CFR 261.50 (a) and (b), Order Number 03-09-03-21-283 and all prohibitions listed therein affecting the Prescott National Forest, Arizona dated July 8, 2021 and signed by Dale A. Deiter are hereby rescinded and terminated, effective 06:00, Thursday, July 15, 2021.

Done this 13th day of July, 2021 at Prescott, Arizona.
