 Temporary National Forest System Road ClosurePublic Health and Safety
 PROHIBITIONSPursuant to 16 U.S.C. § 551 and 36 C.F.R. § 261.50(b), the following act is prohibited on the road described in this Order, and depicted on the attached map, hereby incorporated into this Order as Exhibit A, within the Nogales Ranger District, Coronado National Forest, Santa Cruz County, Arizona:1. Being on the road. 36 C.F.R. § 261.54(e).
 EXEMPTIONSPursuant to 36 C.F.R. § 261.50(e), the following persons are exempt from this Order:1. Persons with a written Forest Service authorization specifically exempting them from the effect of this Order.2. Any Federal, State, or Local Officer, or member of an organized rescue or firefighting resource in the performance of an official duty.
 ROAD DESCRIBEDNational Forest System Road (NFSR) 39 (Ruby Road), starting from its intersection with NFSR 4186, then following southeast along NFSR 39 to White Rock Campground, as depicted in Exhibit A.
 PURPOSEFor the protection of public health and safety due to the Tonto Canyon Fire.
 
IMPLEMENTATION1. This Order will be effective on June 13th, 2022, at midnight and shall remain in effect until October 24, 2022, or until rescinded, whichever occurs first.2. A map identifying the closed road is attached and made a part of this Order as Exhibit A. For a digital version of the Order map, navigate to https://www.fs.usda.gov/alerts/coronado/alerts-notices.3. Any violation of the prohibition in this Order is punishable as a Class B misdemeanor by a fine of not more than $5,000 for individuals and $10,000 for organizations, or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both (see 16 U.S.C. § 551, 18 U.S.C. § 3571(b)(6), 18 U.S.C. § 3581(b)(7)).4. Further information regarding this Order may be obtained at the Nogales Ranger District located in Nogales, Arizona, telephone number (520) 364-3468, and at the Coronado National Forest Supervisor’s Office in Tucson, Arizona, telephone number 520-388-8300.5.
