Midnight Fire fully contained

Containment on the 4,896-acre Midnight Fire reached 100% on Friday, July 1. Firefighters will continue to monitor the fire’s edge and mop-up hotspots as the weather conditions allow until the fire officially declared controlled and out. Some interior areas may continue to smolder and smoke may be visible. No perimeter growth is expected.
