 Carbon County Public Health Vaccines offered on June 23 for flood cleanup workers  Hepatitis A vaccines are recommended for everyone who is working on flood cleanup, debris removal or handling flood waters. Likewise, people doing flood cleanup who haven’t had a tetanus vaccine within the past 10 years are advised to get a booster shot.

Through a cooperative effort between Carbon County Environmental Health and the financial support of the Red Lodge Area Community Foundation with the Carbon County Disaster Relief Fund, well water test kits are being offered for those whose drinking well water may have been contaminated by the widespread June flooding event.
