The Coffee fire is 95% contained and is in patrol status. The Burned Area Emergency Response (BAER) Team Assessment and recommendation report is pending. A Resource Advisor is continuing to look at suppression repair. This is the last update to Inciweb until a significant event changes the status of the fire.

Handcrews continue to make headway as they mop-up in the Bravo division on the North Fork of the Coffee Creek Drainage, securing line from falling and rolling materials and debris which can breach the containment lines
Aerial Resources are supporting handcrews. Some bucket work is being conducted.
|Projected Incident Activity|
The fire is currently 6,258 acres and is 95% contained. Crews will continue to construct handline to tie in retardant drops to existing line along the North Fork of the Coffee Creek Drainage. Demob of resources will continue over the next 24-48 hours. The Type 3 IMT plans to transition the fire back to local fire resources under a Type 4 Command by Sunday.

A cooling trend and more seasonable temperatures are aiding crews as they work towards containment.
