10 Timber (litter and understory) Fuel models range from open grass to timber stands with heavy fuel loadings (slash has been reported to be 10 feet deep in places).

Significant Events

Increased smoke was seen coming from the fire in the Gold Prize drainage yesterday as the fire reacted to the warm and dry weather.

A Type 2 team will take over the Emigrant Fire, North Eightmile Fire and Sheep Fire Sunday morning.
